What are the wrong ways to Install the Hose Clamp ?

 Proper Installation method : the hose clamp should be installed according to the torque value recommended by the manufacturer 

 Incorrect way of Installation 1: Although the hose clamp can be reversed to a suitable torque value ,

 the expansion joint operates under pressure , which will drop the clamp from the edge of the hose and eventually lead to the leakage of the hose 

 Incorrect installation way two : Although the hose clamp can be reversed to a suitable moment value ,

 the hose expansion and local vibration will force the hose clamp to move , causing the hose to leak .

 Incorrect installation way three : Although the hose clamp can be tightened , the expansion ,

 contraction and local vibration of the hose will cause the hose wall to be affected by the cutting force , and it will also damage the strength of the hose . 

The vibration of the hoop will everrlually lead to hose leakage .

In a words , the clamp type flexible pipe joint is composed of the external card , the seal ring , 

the inner adopter and the fastening boits . It has the function of reasonable structure , high strength , good self sealing and so on .

 The pipe connection is in a flexible state , and the two adjacent end pipes are allowed to have a certain rotation angle . 

When the pipe needs to be tumed over , only a few bolts of the joint can be removed to turn over any angle , 

without cutting and welding , saving a large amount of auxifiary work and cost , reducing the labor intensity and shortening the constructlon period .
